TLAG methodology has the flexibility to work within various resource models. Development activities (product build, testing, interfaces, etc.) can be distributed to various client staff and partners to complete the implementation.
Our tools and templates are maintained in a repository for reuse to increase our efficiency and to decrease timeframes. Using TLAG tools, we accelerate knowledge transfer of product information, business rules and business processes.
Our suite of tools identifies business gaps quickly and avoids redundant analysis; enables early detection, analysis and resolution of problems, and supports quick iterative development and efficient cycle processing.
